Join Agronomist, Dany Deaibess, for a workshop on "Grow Your Own Food, Potatoes & More!" at the Education City MicroFarm.

With more than 15 years of experience in organic gardening, landscaping and agriculture. Dany has been growing his own food in his backyard in Qatar, for the past 12 years and will show you how to cultivate your own!

In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of growing these underground veggies. Find out how to get your soil ready and how deep to plant each vegetable for a good harvest. Dany will give you easy tips on how much to water and feed your plants, and how to keep bugs away in a safe, earth-friendly way.

You’ll also learn about how these veggies grow under the ground and why they’re good for you. This workshop is a great mix of learning and hands-on gardening.
