The conference aims to achieve the following principles: -

workers and labor systems.
Contribute to the introduction of procedures and laws issued by
the government to protect worker’s rights.
Encourage excellence through provision of moral and material
support to the exceptional initiatives aiming at creating healthy and
secure environment for the work force.
To document the contributions made by institutions to
implement National Vision 2030, at the levels of labor rights and
development partners.
Create sustainable projects to generate job opportunities and
sustain them.
Open channels for dialogue between private, concerned
government entities and communities operating in the country.
