Rules and Regulations:



* Woman Today Mini Marathon is open to women only.

* All participants must be registered in order to participate.

* Every registered participant will receive a bib number which must be worn before the race.

* You must be in good health and physically prepared to undertake the challenges of a mini marathon.

* No skateboards, dogs or inline skates will be allowed on the course.

* The rules of the Woman Today Mini Marathon are strict and are designed to ensure that everyone has the same chance of winning.

Terms and Conditions:



I/We declare, confirm and agree that I/We are above the age of 18 years and/or have parental consent (in case of minors) to participate in this event. I/We have fully understood the risk & responsibility of participating in the Woman Today Mini Marathon. ThatI/We agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of the event. That I/We must train to an appropriate of level of fitness to participate in such a physically taxing event and I/We have obtained a medical clearance allowing me/us to participate in the event. I/We waive all claims of whatsoever nature against the organizers, sponsors of the event, employees, agents and representatives of all or any aforementioned including not limited to any claims that might arise from me/us participating in this event and whether on account of illness, injury, death or otherwise. I/We agree that if I/We are injured or have taken ill or otherwise suffer from any detriment whatsoever, I/We irrevocably authorize the event organizers and sponsors at me/our own risk to transport me/us to a medical facility or to administer emergency medical treatment and I/We waive all claims that results from such transport and/or treatment or delay or deficiency therein. I/We shall provide to officials medical data relating to me/us as they may request. I/We will agree and abide by the decision of the officials, event organizers for the results and any other terms as such. I/We accept that participation in this event is at the sole discretion of the organizers as they can reject my/our application with assigning any reason whatsoever.

Organizers do not take responsibility of children below the age of 13 years.
